There have been times in my life when I was facing some very difficult situations. I recall one situation where I become so sick I lost 35 lbs. My insurance was canceled and I had no money for medical care. Stuck, broke, feeling lost, and very sick I cried out to God.

The day came when I rose from that sickness and was strengthened. You see in that place of need I cried out to God with all that I had. He heard me, and answered my cry. He will do the same for you.

Thanksgiving is soon upon us. A day of family gatherings, great meals, children having fun and throughout out country families will be celebrating the holidays in all the traditions of Thanksgiving.

Let each of us, every household, give thank to God. For our lives, our families, our children, our communites and for all the beauties of life.

Here we are soon to decide the next President Of The United States. We are also entering into the holiday season with Thanksgiving and the Christmas Holiday's soon upon us.

As we enjoy our holiday seasons, let us remember the children of the world, the fatherless, the homeless, and the orphans. May we all find a place in our heart, life and busy schedule to reach out to a child in need.

A Day Worth Celebrating! Jesus the Risen Christ

So many Christian's claim the promises of God, and speak the word of God to others. I think that's good, very good. I meet a lot of Christian not only weekly in my life, but also online through the ministries within our network. I am thankful to God to have been blessed with so many brothers and sisters in Christ. I am actually in awe to how many wonderful believers that I have had the privilege of meeting so far in my life and especially online from all over the world.

Yet I want to share something with you that I learned many years ago. It's one thing to know the word of God. It's one thing to hear the word and words of God. It's one thing to preach to others the word of God. And it is another thing to be a hearer and a doer of the word of God.

For example: We all want God to bless us, to shine His favor upon us, to open doors of provision in our lives. We pray, we ask, we hope. Yet sometimes God requires something from us. For example:

Luk 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

The above scripture is the word of God. It is prophetic. It is one of God's promises to all who will receive it, stand in it, hear it and do it. Are you a giver?

Is there a famine in the land for the word or words of God? Something to ponder. Many say today that the word of God is being watered down, forsaken, set aside and simply covered over to make room for alternative lifestyles, new this and new that. However the scriptures state that God's Word will never pass away, or change. That God has magnified His Word, even above His name. Here is something interesting that Peter stated:

Thank God the Father for His Gift to the world, Jesus Christ. For God so loved, that He gave His only begotten Son, to die on the cross for the sins of the world, and on that day, the 3rd day, Christ rose from the grave as the ressurected Christ and Savior of the world.

It is the cry of old, and the cry of today. That the lost, the rebellious, the fatherless, those whom do not know the Father would return through knowing, and the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

When Jesus died on the cross for the sins of the world, Christ revealed His compassion, His love, and His mercy. Jesus paid the ultimate price, a price that you and I could never pay. This sinless, spotless lamb of God who died for the sins of the world, who gave His life, whom shed His blood, and who rose on the third day, as the ressurected Christ.

Jesus is the way, the truth, the life, the bread of life, master, redeemer, savior and friend. Through Christ, though the gift of Christ, through grace, through faith. We come to the Father.

He is the lover of my soul!

God's only begotten Son, born of a virgin, the word the became flesh and dwelt among us. Crucified, died on the cross at calvary, for the sins of the world. He who was pierced, who shed His blood, as the spotless lamb of God.

Rose on the third day, as the ressurected Christ!!

Thank you Jesus for the price that you paid, for the pain, the suffering, the humility. That you Oh God would die on the cross, and pay the ultimate price, a price that I could never pay. Blessed Humble King...

That through you, through your blood, through your death, burial, and ressurection. That through faith that you are the Christ, I have the promise of eternal life as stated in the scriptures.

He is the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the Alpha and the Omega!

Jesus, the Christ, God's only begotten Son, full of love, full of mercy, full of compassion!

He is the way, the truth and the life, the bread of life that came from Heaven, the very lamb of God!

He is worthy to be praised and worthy of all praise, of all honor and of all glory. Full of truth, of righteousness, Jesus, the Christ!

Bless Him, and give Him praise. Seek Him and you will find, knock and the door will be opened, for in Him and through Him, is the promise of eternal life.
